Support and Assistance

Each participating teacher is assigned a mentor within the first 30 days of enrollment in the program.  The following criteria is used to match participating teachers with mentors: 

1. Credentials Held 
2. Grade Level/Subject Area
3. School Site 

Participating teachers receive an average of not less than one hour per week of individualized support that can be direct or coordinated support by the assigned mentor.  A collaborative log will be used to document the support received by the participating teacher.
