Free Mobile Clinic – Vaccines & Wellness Support

Join us for a Community Health & Wellness Clinic offering vaccines and more!

• Date: Thursday, December 11^th 

• Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Location: Paramount Unified School District, 15111 Orizaba Ave, Paramount 

What to Bring, How to prepare:

• The mobile clinic will be offering tb tests for paramount staff/parent volunteers via blood work (proof of insurance will be asked upon arrival)

• Immunizations: By appointment only and bring immunization record.

Important:

-To ease any concerns, district security will be present to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.

-All services are offered regardless of immigration status or income.
