Alondra Middle School Showcases Student Talent at 2025 Winter Music Concert

Alondra Middle School welcomed families and community members for An Evening at Allondra: 2025 Winter Music Concert on Thursday, December 11, held at the school’s amphitheatre. Directed by Mrs. Jenna Krakower, the concert highlighted the dedication and musical growth of students across the band, orchestra, and choir programs.

The evening featured performances by the Beginning Band and Beginning Orchestra, who impressed audiences with classic selections such as Mary Had a Little Lamb, Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, and Lightly Row. The Choir delivered a lively set that included Do Re Mi from The Sound of Music and a festive rendition of Last Christmas.

Advanced ensembles elevated the program with dynamic performances from the Advanced Orchestra and Advanced Band, featuring pieces such as Winter Sleigh Ride, Dragon Hunter, and You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch. A small group performance of Alien Invasion showcased individual student musicians and their instrumental skills.

The concert was a celebration of student talent, teamwork, and the strong support of Alondra Middle School staff, families, and the Paramount Unified School District community. The evening served as a proud reminder of the impact of music education and the creativity of Alondra’s student musicians.
