Courage Celebrated at Paramount Adult School Graduation

Last Thursday evening, Paramount Adult School celebrated the Class of 2026 and the remarkable determination of adult learners who chose to invest in their futures. Graduates were recognized for achievements across a wide range of programs, including High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HiSET/GED), U.S. Citizenship, English as a Second Language (ESL), Information Technology, Medical Assisting, and Phlebotomy. Throughout the ceremony, student speakers shared powerful stories of resilience, sacrifice, and perseverance, reminding everyone that it is never too late to pursue a dream.

For many graduates, the evening represented much more than earning a certificate or diploma. Some are beginning new careers in healthcare and technology. Others are preparing to become United States citizens or taking the next step toward higher education after earning a high school equivalency certificate. Perhaps most inspiring were the adults who returned to school to complete the requirements for a high school diploma—choosing courage over circumstance and opening new doors for themselves, their families, and their futures. Paramount Adult School's mission is to empower students to reach their educational, career, and personal goals, and this year's graduates demonstrated exactly what is possible through determination and support.
