Middle School Back-to-School Nights Build Connection and Community

Our middle schools welcomed families last night for Back-to-School Night, creating an evening filled with connection, community, and excitement for the year ahead.

From the moment families arrived, student leaders were there to make them feel welcome. Students greeted families at the gates, guided parents and guardians through campus hallways, and helped provide directions to classrooms—showing leadership and pride in their schools every step of the way.

Inside the classrooms, families had the opportunity to meet teachers, learn about classroom expectations and norms, and hear an important message about the role of daily attendance and active participation in student success.

Most importantly, the evening was a reminder that student success is a shared effort. The partnership between our schools and our families is the foundation that helps students feel supported, connected, and empowered to succeed.

Thank you to our families for showing up, our teachers and staff for welcoming them, and especially our student leaders for helping make Back-to-School Night such a meaningful experience.

Together, we are building strong school communities where every student has the support and encouragement they need to thrive.
