Paramount High School Athletes Put in the Work Before Sunrise

As many students look forward to a break in the summer months, Paramount High School student-athletes are already preparing for the fall season. Beginning early each morning, members of the girls flag football program and boys and girls cross country gather on campus to train, build endurance, and sharpen the skills that will help them compete in the months ahead. Their dedication reflects a commitment to excellence that begins long before the first game or race. 

Supporting these athletes are coaches who faithfully invest their time, energy, and expertise. Many are members of the Paramount Unified family and balance additional full-time responsibilities, yet continue to dedicate their time to mentoring students and building programs founded on discipline, teamwork, and character. Mandy of our coaches are Paramount High School graduates who have returned to their alma mater to give back to the next generation of Pirates. Other fall programs, including cheer, begin their days even earlier, with practices starting as early as 6:30 a.m. 

At Paramount High School, success is built through consistent effort and a shared commitment to growth. Together, student-athletes and coaches are laying the foundation for a successful season while demonstrating the pride, perseverance, and Pirate spirit that define the Paramount community.
